We are very proud of the work our team has done to develop The Foot Spot – ONLINE. Not only will we be able to private one on one ONLINE CONSULTATIONS in HD video – we will also be inviting guests and maybe some extraordinarily special people to join us for some FREE ONLINE GROUP CHATS. Maybe we can even get a few of our sports stars to drop by online for a chat?
We will also be asking YOU what you want to hear about for some FREE online education sessions.
Appointments can now be attended online and out of hours if required. We are rolling this system out over the next few days. The system is integrated into The Foot Spot website and is encrypted end to end. Your privacy is our greatest concern. All payments are handled by our secure online payment provider STRIPE, a world leader in secure online payments.

Payment is made prior to the consultation and a preliminary receipt is emailed to you followed by a physical receipt you can use to claim from private health funds if you are able to.

We can also start an appointment online and continue it at the clinic.
We can also write referrals for x-rays and ultrasounds (bulk billed), guide you to other ONLINE GPs or health professionals and even use tools such as videos, whiteboards and screen sharing to explain things to you. It is what we make it, and we are excited to start using it.
Medicare rebates for tele-health online consultations – have now been approved by the Federal Government for EPC or Medicare + eligible patients.
Some private health funds still allow claiming on these online consultations. The Foot Spot will issue you with a receipt at the time of booking – but we will also issue you with a FULL RECEIPT so you may attempt to claim from your private health fund. We cannot claim through HICAPS for these online consultations.
Currently only Paul Bowles is available for online consultations.
